Though I’ve hardly got the time to rejoice over anything in the past 2 weeks, I think it was just saved for the BIG moment. 😉 When I checked in to see my standings in Google tonight, I hardly imagined to see what I’m seeing now. I’m honoured to announce that according to Google, I’m now the most popular Amit Gupta on Internet. 😀
I’m just overwhelmed. Yes, in some corner of my heart, I had that desire, ever since seeing myself on No.2 position & when I saw Matt going No.1 from No.7 at Google, I thought, “hey, it can be me too. when he can go from No.7 to No.1, why can’t I when I’m No.2”. 😉 Ofcourse it wasn’t necessary since Matt is quite more popular than me & there are loads of people named Matt. But whatever may the arguments be, whatever the people may say, for however long I stay on that position, I don’t care. The fact is that I’m No.1 Amit Gupta on Internet for now. 😉 😀
Though I didn’t announce anything like what Matt announced, he later came back alright, I have no intention of doing that either. 😉 Its no use saying anymore, I’m at a loss for words. Its 1 in the morning here & I think that its a great way to start a new day. 😀 I’ll just go & savour the sweetness of the moment. 😀
That’s really good news Amit. I’ve been reading your Blog for quite sometime now, & have found it to be quite interesting & I’ve come back again & again. But this one took me by surprise. Not unexpected but surprising, yeah. 😀

Never thought about that myself but what the hey. As you can see by clicking that picture or by doing a Google search on Amit Gupta, there are 50000+ results on that. So there are atleast 40000+ noteworthy Amit Gupta‘s online. Being on top of that list is quite an achievement for me. And that’s just counting Gupta‘s. If we are to include all the sons of Maharaja Agrasen, then that would also include Agarwals, Mittals, Gargs, etc. The list will surely shoot beyond 100000. 😀

Just occured to me & I’ve just checked. I’m currently standing small on 53rd place in about 1.9 million results that turned up for doing a Google on Amit. 😀 Seems like a daunting task to be at top of that list but nevertheless, I’ll try to be there. The next aim is to be in top 10 & then No.1 😉
